Order Recommendations:

Samples of the appearance of a future product
Quality Control Terms
Specifications for the article
Specific requirements to determine feasibility of production and calculate the additional complexity of manufacturing the products according to the stated requirements
The content and location of marking
The need for additional procedures of termotesting of tempered stemalit (HST).
Stemalit ( as any tempered glass) has a tendency to self-destruction because of the presence in the chemical composition of the glass-nickel sulphide inclusions. To reduce the risk of self-destruction, the seasoned stemalit, at the request of the customer, can be subjected to the procedure of Heat Soak Test (HST).
Heat Soak Test:
Any tempered glass due to the presence in its chemical composition of so-called nickel sulphide inclusions has a zero probability of inadvertent destruction. To reduce the likelihood of self-destruction to a minimum, the toughened glass can be subjected to a special procedure of the Heat Soak Test, which consists of many hours` exposure of the tempered glass in a special chamber at a temperature of 290 ° C. In case of necessity of the HST, it must be ordered simultaneously with ordering the tempered glass. Claims to self-destruction of the tempered glass, not having passed the Heat Soak Test are not accepted.
