Savin House Residential Complex

Address: 2 Kozina st., Kazan

Savin House is a residential business-class complex with the large-scale panoramic view of the city center to the Kremlin, located on the Kazanka river. It consists of eight buildings with altitude from 7 to 20 storeys united by the restricted area.

Savin House is a vivid example of outwardly simple, but functionally attractive Northern European architecture. The nobility and purity of white color are combined with warm natural wooden shades. During the construction of the residential complex, new technologies and environmentally friendly materials were used; the buildings were erected using cast-in-situ construction technology.

Functionality and laconic form are visually ensured by X-ONE Climate packaged architectural insulated window units with tempered glass. This is an ideal option for glazing facades, as they effectively protect rooms from overheating in hot weather, while maintaining high thermal insulation in winter. Owing to the presence of tempered glass in their composition, resistance to vibration loads and sudden temperature changes is guaranteed, which makes the facade of the building not only aesthetically attractive, but also safe for operation.
