The LUCKY residential complex represents the regeneration of an existing quarter with preservation of seven historical buildings, construction of eight residential buildings and creation of a socio-cultural cluster with its own park areas of 1.5 hectares.

The architectural concept was created by the “Meganom” bureau led by Yuri Grigoryan. The buildings are a hybrid of architectural styles where the high-tech style of high-rise buildings with aluminum panels flows into postmodernism and historicism of business centers.

The peculiarity of the complex is the use of the insulated glass units from the X-ONE Climate product line. The insulated glass units provide good thermal insulation of rooms that increases the level of comfort for residents. With high light transmission, they allow light to freely penetrate into the house. This creates an incredible atmosphere of lightness and weightlessness making the rooms bright and welcoming.
